DBT Skills Courses,
Live & Online.

DBT is a skills-based approach to reducing suffering, improving relationships, and increasing life satisfaction.

An important part of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), most DBT skills groups meet once a week. In an online classroom setting clients learn and practice a variety of DBT skills to improve their quality of life.

Our DBT courses are educational, not therapy, though some of our DBT students have their own individual therapists. DBT skills are an excellent way to supplement your personal therapy, but are not a replacement for therapy. We believe DBT skills can benefit almost everyone.

Our courses are all live, taught by trained DBT professionals. Classes are interactive: you can ask questions, share your own examples, and learn from your classmates examples.

What Are the Benefits of Learning DBT Skills?

DBT was originally designed for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and it is the best treatment for those with BPD.

But, it turns out, DBT is really helpful for lots of people. Research shows that DBT helps address many common problems, and are beneficial for navigating daily life.
